摘 要
淀粉胶是近年来使用较多的一种新型瓦楞纸箱生产用胶。由于它具有强度高、重量轻、无腐蚀、防潮好、粘性强、糊膜较坚韧,且生产设备简单,制作方便、涂布量少等优点,已被许多纸箱厂使用。本文主要探究了淀粉胶制备的工艺和条件。通过对不同因素:高锰酸钾的用量、氢氧化钠的用量、氧化时间、水比等对其性能(粘接性、稳定性)的影响,最终得到了制备淀粉胶的最佳工艺和配方。

Abstract
The starch gel is used frequently in recent years a new type of corrugated box production with plastic.Because of its high strength, light weight, no corrosion, moisture, strong viscous paste film than tough, and simple production equipment to facilitate production, less coating, etc.has been carton factory.This research has analyzed the preparation process and conditions of Starch adhesive.
